Responsibilities Leading the development and execution of technical strategies and programs. Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance code quality and product performance. Creating effective proofs of concept and rapid prototypes to meet evolving business needs. Elevating the skills and output of the engineering team through strong leadership and mentorship. Architecting for both new features and managing existing code bases with a focus on best practices. Ensuring alignment with Scrum teams to facilitate the execution of architectural decisions. Engaging in daily communication with team members and the product owner to prepare work for development. Qualifications Having a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science. 7+ years of software development experience for web‑based products at scale. 3+ years in software architecture and technical leadership, ideally with some experience in leading offshore teams. Experience with the Microsoft technical stack – C#, .NET, Visual Studio as well as React. Excellent communication skills and a knack for mentoring and guiding others. Ability to work autonomously and be meticulous in your work. Ability to collaborate across both technical and non‑technical teams.
