Senior Consultant, Digital Workforce Transformation – UKG Pro Qualifications A related bachelor’s degree Approximately 3+ years of Consulting experience 2-5 years of UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience UKG Pro certifications are ideal Experience with client solution gap analysis and recommendations Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements Hands‑on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution Experience leading client discussions for requirements gathering, user story/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing support, and deployment Understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation life cycle Project management experience is beneficial Ability to solve problems with limited information and advance to next steps Flexibility and willingness to travel (estimated 30%) Responsibilities Apply in depth knowledge of complex HR technology and UKG Pro implementation concepts; lead client engagement teams and deliver professional services, managing budgets and timelines. Deliver high‑quality services by establishing goals and plans, monitoring progress, managing risk, and keeping stakeholders informed. Build and maintain productive relationships with client management, focusing on deliverables and business priorities. Develop and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering innovation. Maintain advanced technical knowledge of UKG Pro & Pro WFM, staying current with industry trends. Generate new business opportunities by learning EY services, presenting solutions, and building long‑term client relationships across EY practices.
