The Commercial Sales Center (CSC) Manager is responsible for leading a team of Commercial Sales Representatives and Job Trackers within a market sales center, ensuring consistent execution and exceptional service for commercial customers. This role is accountable for delivering accurate and timely project quotations, technical expertise, pricing, order management, scheduling, and clear communication across customers and internal teams. The CSC Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, supporting revenue growth, and building strong relationships between the sales team and customers. What you'll do: Lead, manage, and develop a team of Commercial Sales Representatives and Job Trackers to meet service levels and project deadlines Oversee workload distribution and team performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all customer deliverables Deliver consistent and comprehensive project quotations aligned with pricing strategies Build and strengthen relationships between customers and the sales team through a structured and proactive approach Provide technical expertise on products and systems, ensuring the team can confidently support customer needs Act as a subject matter expert on systems such as Salesforce, Mincron, Logic Track, and Beacon Pro Plus Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate pricing and ensure competitive project execution Manage order entry, material allocation, and coordination with supply chain and branch operationsDevelop and communicate clear project schedules with customers and internal stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in processes, service delivery, and customer satisfaction What you'll bring: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in commercial sales, job tracking, or inside sales within a distribution or construction environment Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Strong technical understanding of products and systems within the industry Proficiency with business systems such as Salesforce, Mincron, Logic Track, and Beacon Pro Plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Valid driver’s license Bilingual (English/French) required What you'll earn Competitive Pay: We make sure that your hard work is recognized.
