Join Huron and shape the future of consulting as a Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM).### **Responsibilities Include:*** Design, develop, implement, and manage change deliverables that will enable users to successfully transition from current state to future state* Develop a stakeholder assessment and organizational readiness plan* Outline the leadership engagement program* Develop the communications plan and training strategy* Conduct preliminary change impact assessment based on defined rollout and technical solution* Develop overall change management strategy and rollout plan* Identify brand awareness program requirements* Develop risk mitigation planning strategies* OCM tactical project plan and execution detailsRequired* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued* Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, sponsorship alignment, communication execution, and training management* **2 full lifecycle implementations related to ERP Implementations*** **Demonstrated ERP platform experience in SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or equivalent*** Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)* Strong technical document writing and communication skills* Strong leadership presence and ability to facilitate discussions with C-suite executives* Detailed oriented, analytical, and good organization skills* Capable of leading meetings with internal and external clients’ resources (remote, local)* Microsoft Project Planning* Easily assimilates into Huron’s values and corporate culture* Ability to travel 50%* **Must be a** **Canadian citizen** **to qualify for a TN visa and travel to the U.S. as needed**Look for opportunities to develop personal connections to one another in our remote environment and opportunities to build connections to discover all the ways Huron is such an incredible and unique place to work!### ## ****Position Level****Manager### ## ****Country****CanadaAt Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
