In this role you will serve as Engineer of Record and Project Manager within the Municipal Division, delivering a variety of municipal projects and contributing to the growth of our branch services.What You’ll DoLead detailed designs, engineering drawings, and specifications for municipal projects, meeting client and approval agency requirements.Coordinate, produce, and seal design drawings, calculations, reports, construction cost estimates, tender documents, and contracts.Chair regular project meetings with clients and internal staff.Develop new business and establish strategic relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.Monitor project progress to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are achieved.Provide leadership in safety and quality management practices.Prepare and submit superior proposals.Generate invoices for clients and track against agreed client budgets.Manage multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior engineers and technical staff.What You’ll BringA degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university with strong technical skills and 5–15 years of related experience.Registration in good standing as a P.Eng in BC or the ability to obtain registration through inter‑jurisdictional agreements.Knowledge of MMCD and construction administration experience is an asset.Proven ability to attract and retain clients, win projects, and consistently deliver high‑quality deliverables on time and on budget.Demonstrated business development skills.An aptitude for leadership, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and relationship building.What We Offer Salary range: $93,000 – $135,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
