Under the supervision of the Coordinator of Data and Applications, the Senior Software Developer will: Design and develop Oracle PLSQL stored procedures, functions, etc. Design, develop, create React front end applications Recommend features, design, and implement innovative solutions to improve platform performance and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development. Proven experience of minimum 2 years of recent development and customization of AMANDA Enterprise for digitization of permitting or licensing services (mandatory). Proven experience of minimum of 5 years of developing Oracle databases (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of development experience with C# and Microsoft .NET Core Web API development. Experience implementing complex business processes (government, public sector, financial institutions, insurance companies or other regulatory compliance workflows) into AMANDA in a software developer role. Skills and Depth: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent organizational and time management skills to respond to changing priorities and circumstances.
