You will design and improve systems that support content creation, packaging, and delivery. You will partner with engine, rendering, and content teams to streamline workflows, improve reliability, and enable teams to build high‑quality player experiences efficiently.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain asset pipeline tools and core systemsBuild scalable solutions for asset compilation and packagingOptimize workflows for reliability, speed, and usabilityCollaborate with engine, rendering, and content teamsResolve toolchain issues and manage technical debtImplement automated testing and continuous integrationMentor engineers through reviews and technical guidanceQualifications8+ years developing tools or engine systems for gamesStrong C++ experience in production environmentsExperience building or supporting asset pipelinesFamiliarity with asset compilation and packaging systemsExperience working with large codebases and pipelinesUnderstanding of game engine architecture and editor workflowsExperience improving performance and reliability of toolsPay Transparency – North America The ranges listed below represent the expected compensation for this role in specific locations at the time of posting.British Columbia (Vancouver): $141,400 – $204,400 CADCalifornia (Los Angeles): $165,000 – $256,000 USDBenefits In the United States, the package includes paid time off (3 weeks to start), 80 hours of sick time, 16 paid company holidays, 10 weeks of paid parental leave, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k).
