Position Overview The Division of Neurology, Department of Medicine, University Health Network/Sinai Health System (UHN/SHS) at the University of Toronto is seeking a full‑time, permanent Academic Neurologist with a focus on neuromuscular disorders. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical service in the Division of Neurology, including on‑call, inpatient, and ambulatory care at the KBI. Engage in research focusing on neuromuscular disorders. Teach as required by Division of Neurology policies. Participate in department and university committees as needed. Qualifications MD degree. Eligible for full‑time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher. Certification in Neurology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Additional training such as a Master’s degree or equivalent for Clinician Investigator role. Scholarly excellence demonstrated by research grants, publications, invited presentations, awards, and other accomplishments. Salary Annual salary range: $290,000–$295,000, dependent on clinical work.
