Responsibilities Review and prepare responses to complex development proposals. Perform site visits and inspections. Respond to project inquiries and prepare correspondence to the general public, other City departments, governmental agencies, developers, and other stakeholders. Prepare and present reports, requests for proposals, policies and procedures, correspondence and briefs for Senior Management, City Council and related committees. Undertake research, special studies and special projects related to land use policies, business development, land development, provincial and municipal legislation, including data collection and analysis. Interact with the public through telephone, written enquiries and referrals. Manage upkeep of property files, inquiries and land use applications assigned. Plan, assign and supervise the work of junior professionals and other project staff. Qualifications Degree in Regional and Urban Planning or a directly related field. Eligibility for membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Saskatchewan Professional Planners Institute. Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License and personal vehicle for work purposes. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point. #J-18808-Ljbffr
