The Premium Sales Executive will play a key role in generating new business, cultivating client relationships, and delivering memorable premium experiences across five renowned entertainment brands. Responsibilities Drive new business development with a primary focus on hockey games and live concerts. Sell rental suites and other premium experiences to corporate and community partners. Host clients during events to build relationships and ensure exceptional service. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and achieve strategic sales goals. Deliver persuasive sales presentations that emphasize return on investment and customer value. Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system. Assist with ticket packaging, administration, and in-game promotional support. Represent the company at trade shows and community events. Continuously identify new ways to enhance client experience and increase sales. Requirements 3-5 years of sales experience. Fast-paced sports, entertainment, or hospitality environments are a plus. Customer-focused approach with a proven ability to build lasting relationships. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Confidence in presenting and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
