Senior Product Marketing Manager — Pro-Spin Sports Toronto, ON | Hybrid | Full-Time | Reports to Founder & CEO About Pro-Spin Pro-Spin is a founder-led, high-growth global racket sports brand built on the promise of Performance for Everyday. We generate approximately $20M CAD in annual revenue across North America and Europe via Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify — and we're actively expanding into new categories and markets across table tennis, pickleball, padel, and beyond. The Opportunity This is a career-defining role for a seasoned CPG product marketer who wants to own something. You'll lead the full product lifecycle — from consumer insight and concept through supplier development, prototyping, testing, and launch — working directly with the founder and a talented Senior Art Director. You’ll be hands-on: touching prototypes, iterating with suppliers, and making decisions that shape what goes to market. As we grow, you’ll build and lead a product team to expand our innovation output into accessories, bags, cases, and soft goods. What You’ll Own The full innovation pipeline and roadmap across Table Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel End-to-end product development from concept through production approval Supplier relationships and prototype development with our overseas manufacturing partnersProduct positioning, naming, and packaging strategy in partnership with our Senior Art Director Pricing strategy, launch execution, and product lifecycle management A structured athlete and coach testing process — including on-court testing with the founder Who You Are 8+ years in CPG product development and product marketing, ideally in lifestyle, sports, or outdoor You've taken products from concept to shelf and have the launch scars to prove it Strong consumer instincts, creative sensibility, and sharp commercial thinking Experienced managing supplier relationships through prototype iteration Self-directed — you don't need to be managed, you figure out what needs to happen and make it happen You play at least one racket sport.
