We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Performance Consultant to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving performance across AutoSync’s Digital Advertising, Digital Retail, Website, and SEO product lines. Key Areas of Responsibility Digital Marketing Business Strategy – Liaising on a monthly basis with clients, you will craft and implement an effective digital marketing strategy (CRO, SEM, SEO) that aligns with business goals and budgets, track performance, provide analysis, and act as a trusted consultant and advisor. Maintain & Grow a Large Book of Business – Consistently complete performance reviews in line with business guidelines, strengthen client relationships, regularly audit digital product and advertising performance, and refine strategies to ensure execution aligns with objectives. Customer Engagement, Growth & Retention – Act as a Customer Success Expert; build trust, drive high product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and reduce churn through proactive retention strategies and issue de‑escalation. Job Requirements Education, Experience & Technical Skills 4+ years of T‑Shaped digital marketing work (Paid Advertising, Website Solutions, SEO fundamentals). Post‑secondary education in a related field. 2+ years of agency experience as a digital marketing SME with a large client territory. 2+ years of customer success experience. Automotive Industry experience is a significant asset. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4. Experience with large‑budget online media planning, media buying, or campaign management (asset).
