As aSales Executive , you will be responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. This role covers theentire sales cycle — from lead generation and appointment setting to closing the deal. Working closely with your account managers and sales colleagues, you’ll establish and nurture profitable business relationships with clients throughout your territory. If you are on the right track, you should easily earn$100K+ OTE in your first year! In this position, you will: Generate new business by executing a disciplinedoutbound prospecting strategy — including cold calling on foot and by phone Set your own appointments , manage your sales pipeline, and move opportunities from lead to close Build lasting relationships throughconsultative selling and a deep understanding of client needs Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction and renewal Represent City Wide professionally — with energy, polish, and integrity — in all client interactions What we are looking for: Non-Negotiables: Minimum2 years of B2B sales experience , proving consistent quota achievement Demonstrated ability toprospect independently through cold calls, walk-ins, and phone outreach Full-cycle sales experience fromprospecting to closing Proof ofactivity and results (CRM reports, awards, or metrics) Professional presence — strong communication skills and appearance Relentless drive to succeed and overcome challenges Ability to connect confidently in all professional settings (includes a meal interview with Catherine) High-energy personality that makes an immediate impact in the room Preferred Traits (Wants): Competitive background —athletic or goal-driven personality Bachelor’s degree preferred Based locally within theCharlotte market PriorPresident’s Club or Chairman’s Club recognition — a proven top performer Typically in yoursecond or third sales role (late 20s to early 30s ideal) Income-motivated – eager to start with a base salary around$65K and earncommissions within an uncapped compensation structure Experienced workingindependently hybrid with minimal supervision Strong foundation inprofessional sales training and a commitment to ongoing growth If you’re an ambitious, polished professional with the hunger to win and the perseverance to see every deal through, City Wide Charlotte wants to meet you.
