Job Summary Lead production teams to achieve daily manufacturing targets while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency in a high-tech environment. Responsibilities Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production output, quality, productivity, and yield targets Conduct daily pass-down meetings to communicate updates and raise line issues promptly Plan and manage manpower, overtime, and consumable resources to optimise production flow Enforce compliance with manufacturing and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment Deliver training and coaching to leaders and operators to enhance team performance and skills Implement improvement initiatives to reduce human errors and increase operational efficiency Maintain discipline and housekeeping standards on the production line to support smooth operations Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities within the fabrication area Preferred Competencies and Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Production, or IT Experience in a high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment Strong leadership and communication skills Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts Other Information Location: Tampines Working Days and Hours: 12-hour shifts (4-3-3-4), permanent night shift from 8 pm to 8 am Basic Salary: $4,000 to $5,500 Shift Allowance: Night Shift $30 Benefits: AWS, Quarterly Bonus, 14 Days Annual Leave, Company Transport #J-18808-Ljbffr
