We are looking for a talented Health, Safety, and Environment Leader to join our team at our Fort McMurray Branch, Alberta Job Summary: Implement and sustain a positive health, safety and environmental culture through the application of the management systems framework in site(s) with low complexity. This includes establishing the short term and long-term strategic plan for the site to foster continual health, safety, and environmental Improvement, leading programs, policies and assessments and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with Cummins internal requirements, applicable health, safety and environmental regulations and industry standards. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Strengthen cross‑functional alignment by building strong relationships that clarify roles, reinforce accountability, and influence a positive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture across the organization. Ensure employees have a meaningful voice in HSE programs by actively consulting them and integrating their input into policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead comprehensive hazard identification, environmental aspect reviews, and risk assessments to uncover strategic improvement opportunities and close compliance gaps. Drive site‑level progress by setting clear HSE targets and objectives, managing action plans, and ensuring timely, effective execution. Elevate organizational capability through robust training, skills development, and internal communications that support a consistent and effective HSE support model. Maintain accurate, compliant, and accessible HSE documentation and support content, ensuring strong governance and adherence to data privacy requirements. Oversee daily HSE operations—resolving issues related to compliance, risk reduction, incident investigation, contractor safety, emergency preparedness, and environmental sustainability—while interfacing with regulators as needed. Improve HSE performance through data‑driven analysis, internal and external audit insights, and annual management system reviews, driving corrective actions, preventive measures, and continuous improvement across the site(s). #J-18808-Ljbffr
