This full-time role in Kelowna focuses on facilitating workshops and connecting participants to vital resources.In the CAN-STEP program, your work will empower individuals aged 15-30 by providing comprehensive training and job market preparation. You'll lead workshops that develop essential skills, support personalized job searches, and engage with community partners to promote program visibility. Additionally, you'll ensure the effective administration of participant records and track progress through the program.Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate client eligibility and market workshops• Create and lead educational workshops on employment skills• Provide tailored case management for each participant• Conduct orientation sessions and maintain records• Foster peer interactions and community engagementRequirements:• Degree in human resources, social services, or related field• Experience in career counseling or education• Familiarity with the challenges faced by Autistic individuals• Valid BC Driver’s License is an asset• Strong leadership and communication capabilitiesFacilitate growth and success for Autistic individuals as they explore rewarding career paths in your community.#J-18808-Ljbffr
