Position Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in payments, mainframe, and host‑based systems to support modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud and ISO20022 transformation.This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or client office a minimum of 4 days per week – subject to change at any time.Your future duties and responsibilitiesGather and document business and technical requirements across payments systems (SWIFT, EFT, etc.)Perform data mapping, integration analysis, and support system designCollaborate with business, technology, QA, and architecture teams for end‑to‑end deliverySupport host‑based system modernization and cloud migration initiativesContribute to solution design, impact analysis, and regulatory compliance (ISO20022, FINTRAC, etc.)Assist in testing, validation, and release coordinationRequired Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or related roleExperience in payments domain (SWIFT, ISO20022, wires, etc.)Strong technical BSA skills (SQL, data analysis, integration)Experience working with mainframe, host‑based, or legacy systemsKnowledge of APIs, ETL, and system integrationsStrong stakeholder communication and documentation skillsAdaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and technologiesNice to HaveExperience with cloud migration (AWS/Azure)Exposure to regulatory reporting and compliance systemsCGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000–$130,000.
