Role Overview The Detailing manager will be in charge of overseeing all vehicle cleaning & detailing operations, ensuring vehicles are prepared to company tandards in a timely & efficient manner. This role involves managing washbay staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring smooth day to day operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise & coordinate daily activities of washbay staff Ensure all vehicles meet company cleanliness & presentation standards before delivery Create and manage staff schedules based on workload and reservations Train new staff on detailing procedures and safety standards Monitor productivity & turn-around times are met Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies & place orders when needed Inspect completed vehicles & address any quality issues immediately Maintain cleanliness & organization of the wash bay area Coordinate with the operations team regarding priority vehicles Requirements 2-5 years vehicle detailing & automotive cleaning Experience in supervising or leading a small team preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication & organizational skills Physically able to stand for long periods & perform manual work Driving experience with a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving history Flexibility to work on weekends as needed We offer a wide range of exciting benefits for employees, including: Training opportunities Candidates must provide a Driver’s Abstract and references during the interview process.
