Overview GCMS is an ECA app with payment settlement stability a top priority for the firm. The role requires a dedicated support lead for GCMS, OTC and MONET during NAM hours to provide L2 business support and technical leadership. Application Supported GCMS Oasys Settlements Confirmations Manager Margin Ops Netted Exposure Tracking (MONET) Oasys Trade Processor Oasys Margin Functional Responsibilities Provide user support for critical GCMS, OTC and Monet platforms. Support all aspects of GCMS, OTC and margin trade flows including SOD/ EOD/ intraday risk and regulatory reporting. Perform start‑of‑day checks, continuous monitoring of application and underlying infrastructure, and regional handover at end of day. Raise problems to appropriate technology and business teams while adhering to Service Level Agreements. Act as liaison between users/traders, internal technology groups, vendors and developers. Ensure high application availability by performing system health checks and preventative maintenance tasks. Log and update all production issues as per support team policies and procedures. Participate in application releases from development, testing and deployment into production. Diagnose and resolve user issues and escalation of problems using problem management tools. Collaborate with development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements. Develop and maintain technical support documentation. Share information with other support team members and other technology teams. Provide hands‑on application support, which includes weekend coverage on a rotational basis. Provide technical oversight across systems and applications, leveraging expertise across multiple app support areas. Provide guidance on feedback reviews with development managers, ensuring outstanding issues are tracked to closure. Perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems, prioritize and escalate as appropriate, and conduct root cause analysis. Consult with primary application clients and development managers to understand strategic objectives of users. Require awareness of audit and compliance related issues. Contribute to formulation of strategies for app support and other functional areas. Champion stability initiatives to enable high availability, improved monitoring, failover and resiliency. Handle incidents, problems and change at a global enterprise level; remain calm and analytical during major incidents on critical systems. Manage customer satisfaction and operational procedures to achieve suitable outcomes for stakeholders. Exhibit sound communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information with operations and technology partners regionally or globally. Perform other duties and functions as assigned. Recommended Qualifications 6+ years of experience in application support or related field. Practical problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills. Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities. Service‑oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects simultaneously. Proficiency with basic technical tools and systems. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Education Bachelor’s or University degree, or equivalent work experience.
