AVP, Product Manager/ Business Analyst Reporting to the VP, Head of Client Experience and Strategy Implementation, the AVP – Product Manager/Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital journey for our clients across various jurisdictions. In this position, you will orchestrate the development, project management, and maintenance of product strategies and roadmaps for our client-facing technology platforms. Focusing on the online client experience, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and driving the execution of initiatives to enhance our online banking platforms and deliver seamless, intuitive, and personalised experiences. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, project leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive innovation and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to define the vision and prioritise product strategies aligned with business goals and client needs. Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, informing product strategy and roadmap decisions. Developing and maintaining product roadmaps that outline key features, enhancements, and initiatives based on business priorities, customer feedback, and market trends. Lead execution through structured project management practices, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality and high-value products. Leading end-to-end project management for digital initiatives, including project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource coordination, budgeting, risk assessment, and delivery oversight. Establish clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Oversee project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and change management to maintain alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations. Consulting with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and technical specifications for development teams. Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and performance of the product portfolio. Analysing metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimise product performance and user satisfaction. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external clients. Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress updates effectively to ensure alignment and support. Monitoring regulatory requirements, industry standards, and security best practices relevant to client-facing technology platforms in the banking industry. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance and security of products and services. Your qualifications and skills include: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus. Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, portfolio management, business analysis, or project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of client-facing technology platforms, digital banking solutions, and financial products/services. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated experience in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans. Strong proficiency with structured project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Workfront). Experience working with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs and preferences of diverse client bases. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
