Stathera is looking for a Sr. Applications Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a core member of an innovative company developing MEMS timing solutions. In this role, you will be working closely with a diverse team of engineers & marketers, and will act as the product(s) expert, responsible for providing exceptional design-in, pre-sales and post-sales support to our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable Stathera solution. Support design-in efforts and provide pre & post sales technical support to customers. Develop and deliver product presentations, technical documentation, and training. Develop eval boards, conduct product evaluation, and competitor benchmarking. Design and develop compelling demonstration systems, participate tradeshow events. Conduct competitive analysis including product pricing and performance parameters. Stay current with industry trends, customer applications, and competitive landscape. Consolidate customer inputs, market trends for new product definition and development. Additional duties, as required. REQUIRED SKILLS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, or a relevant technical field. 3+ years experience as applications engineer, or similar role. Solid knowledge of semiconductor devices, analog/digital electronics, & embedded systems. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in debugging hardware/software systems. Experienced with Altium or other PCB design tools. Proficiency in computer programming and knowledge of C/C++, Python, & Cloud databases. Take ownership of the work you do and require minimum supervision. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer facing skills. Willingness to travel (~10 – 25%). DESIRED SKILLS 5+ years experience supporting timing devices (resonators, oscillators, …) Deep understanding of timing devices use-case(s) in various system architectures. Knowledge of industry standards, such as, BT/BLE, Ethernet, PCI Express, SyncE, UEC, UALink, GR-1244, IEEE1588/PTP, NPT, GPS/GNSS, G.8262.
