We’re looking for a motivated and curious Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects—identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and helping expand Celestial’s footprint in the Data & AI ecosystem. Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting across target accounts in Financial Services, SaaS, and Energy sectors. Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery and research. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book meetings and develop opportunity pipelines. Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, notes, and cadence activity. Represent Celestial at industry events and partner programs (Microsoft, Dataiku, Snowflake). Requirement 1–2 years in SaaS or IT services sales, preferably in B2B technology. Excellent communication and writing skills. Coachable, persistent, and self-starter mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
