ASSOCIATE, PERSONAL INSURANCE Your knowledge and experience in personal insurance combined with your attention to detail and customer service focus are the keys to success in the role of Personal Insurance Associate. This role is responsible for providing support to the personal lines team with payment follow up, producing pink cards, claims follow up, preparing quotes and renewal emails for clients, interaction with underwriters and various other tasks as assigned. Location & Status Full-time, permanent Qualifications Related experience in insurance industry with strong working knowledge of personal lines products Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products Level 1 General Insurance License is considered an asset (must obtain within 6 months of employment) High degree of professionalism and integrity Committed to excellence in customer service and builds strong relationships at all levels Familiar with insurance customer relationship software Demonstrated accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work Able to prioritize in a busy environment in order to meet tight deadlines Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills Works well within a team and independently Critical thinker with attention to details Acera Insurance is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to all forms of diversity in the workplace.
