Planning & Allocation Coordinator Department: Buying Strategy, Planning & Allocation Reports to: Planning & Allocation Manager Location: 2255, rue Cohen, Saint-Laurent (QC) H4R 2N7 (Hybrid) About the role: The Planning & Allocation Coordinator supports the allocation and distribution of footwear across our retail stores and e-commerce. The coordinator is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about inventory management. They collaborate with the buying teams to ensure that the right products are in the right places at the right time, optimizing inventory levels and maximizing sales. Key Responsibilities: Product Allocation: Maximize sales through strategic allocation to increase the chance of in-store sales. Allocate inventory to stores based on sales trends and store capacity while keeping enough stock in the warehouse to fulfill e-commerce needs. Replenishment: Support replenishment strategies by ensuring timely delivery of products to stores. Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock. Monitor and manage stock levels across all channels to ensure optimal inventory balance, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, store performance and profile, as well as store capacities to make data-driven allocation decisions. Leverage store analysis to improve turnovers, maintain profitability and brand integrity by reducing markdowns. Balance regional business needs to lead towards strong performance and increase customer satisfaction in stores and help gain market share. Analyze allocation reports, providing insights to senior management on product performance and distribution efficiency. Communication: Establish relationships with buying and store teams to communicate allocation plans and resolve inventory-related issues. Follow up on initiatives and collaborate with cross functional partners. What We’re Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, retail or related field. Experience with various allocation tools is a plus. Intermediate level of analytical experience. Intermediate knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Highly efficient in planning, organizing, time management, multitasking. Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
