Job Description Route Service Representative Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The role is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Requirements A valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED or equivalent; military service considered. Strong customer‑service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals. Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit. Benefits Comprehensive 10‑week training program.
