Planner I – Master Scheduling (Primavera P6) | North Vancouver, BC (Onsite) We’re working on a Planner I – Master Scheduling opportunity supporting large-scale shipbuilding programs. This role sits within the planning and scheduling team and plays a key part in developing and maintaining integrated, resource-loaded schedules across multiple project phases. This is a great opportunity for someone with Primavera P6 experience looking to grow within a complex, high-impact manufacturing environment. Location: North Vancouver, BC (full-time onsite) Pay: $39–49/hr Incorporated | $32–40/hr T4 Term Contract: 12 months, likely to extend What You’ll Be Doing Develop and maintain Primavera P6 Level 2–4 schedules across Engineering, Procurement, Build, and Test phases Support and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with resource loading and schedule logic Perform critical path, float analysis, and schedule reporting to support program tracking Maintain schedule quality, integrity, and alignment with program milestones Support EVMS, resource planning, and MRP/ERP integrations Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide insights to project stakeholders Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to support schedule coordination What They’re Looking For 2+ years of planning / scheduling experience in a manufacturing or project environment Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 Experience with resource-loaded schedules, IMS, and schedule analysis Exposure to EVMS concepts and MRP/ERP systems Background in shipbuilding, heavy industry, or large-scale manufacturing is an asset Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Requirements Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident Must be eligible to obtain Reliability Status and Controlled Goods Clearance Candidates located in the Lower Mainland preferred
