Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Specialist for a prominent retailer in Vancouver. This individual will be responsible for supporting the planning, budgeting, and execution of all brick-and-mortar projects, delivering against the annual real estate plan across new builds, optimizations, and renovations while also supporting the existing store fleet through minor works and strategic initiatives. The team plays a key role throughout the full project lifecycle—managing small-scale construction projects, coordinating vendors, overseeing procurement and bidding processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. In close partnership with cross-functional and external teams, they support scope development, change management, and site execution, including the coordination of fixtures, finishes, and equipment. With a strong focus on construction execution, the team reviews architectural drawings, manages purchase orders, oversees in-store work from start to finish, and proactively identifies and mitigates risks to ensure seamless project delivery.
