Reporting to the V.P. Finance, the Manager M&A Finance will be a part of a finance team supporting the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) process with a focus on integration. The team focuses on financial due diligence and integration of acquisitions. This role provides ongoing support and knowledge of the business operations, accounting policies, financial processes, and accounting systems. Further, the Manager will collaborate with head office finance, business unit leaders, and their respective finance teams. This role is an opportunity to be a catalyst for process improvements, oversee all financial matters, and be part of a growing international corporation.
