We are seeking an experiencedSenior Controllerto play a critical leadership role in strengthening financial governance, reporting, and controllership across a complex, multi‑entity organization with Canadian and U.S. operations. This role works in close partnership with the Director of Finance and senior leaders and is ideal for a seasoned Controller who enjoys accountability, complexity, and being a trusted final reviewer before financial results move to leadership. What You’ll Be Responsible ForOwning and overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close across multiple entities Reviewing consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and variance analysis Leading audit readiness and execution, and acting as a key contact for external auditors Ensuring strong internal controls, governance, and financial discipline across the organization Partnering closely with Accounting leadership to drive accuracy, clarity, and continuous improvement Supporting leadership decision‑making through clear, reliable financial insight What We’re Looking ForCPA designation strongly preferred 7–10+ years of progressive accounting or controllership experience Demonstrated, hands‑on ownership of month‑end close, audits, and internal controls Experience in multi‑entity environments; Canada/U.S. exposure is a strong asset Proven people leadership skills with the ability to set expectations and develop teams ERP experience and strong Excel skills Why This RoleSenior‑level visibility and influence Meaningful ownership and accountability Opportunity to shape and strengthen controllership in a growing, complex organization Collaborative leadership environment with direct access to decision‑makers This role is well‑suited to a Controller who is ready for a true senior position with impact, trust, and long‑term opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
