We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce CRM and Oracle-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in test creation, API testing, and enterprise system validation across the web. This role requires close collaboration with development, and product teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable releases in fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end testing of Salesforce CRM, including integrations with third-party systems and downstream Oracle applicationsValidate data integrity and workflow consistency between Salesforce and Oracle systemsTest CRM-related business processes such as quote to cash and customer integrationsManual & Exploratory TestingParticipate in ad-hoc and exploratory testing to uncover edge-case defectsTest Management & ReportingDesign and review test plans, test cases, and test scenariosTrack, report, and manage defects using JIRAProvide daily status updates, milestone reports, and final test summaries to stakeholdersParticipate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional discussionsRequired Skills & QualificationsDomain Experience– Strong experience in CRM testing, especially Salesforce CRM integrationsExposure to Oracle-based enterprise systemsTesting ExpertiseStrong understanding of STLC and Defect Life CycleExpertise in functional, regression, re-testing, and system testingStrong debugging and root cause analysis skillsExperience5+ years of experience in Software Testing and AutomationPrior experience as Senior SDET / SDET / QA Engineer in enterprise or product-based environmentsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and requirement-understanding skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teamsHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and technologies#J-18808-Ljbffr
