Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data and Analytics Project Manager to lead and coordinate our data-driven projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource management, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both project management and data analytics, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive the successful implementation of data-driven solutions. Responsibilities Coordinating project deliverables following the Project Delivery Flex Methodology. Developing detailed project management deliverables such as: project charter, project plans, stakeholder impact, schedules, and resource allocation strategies, status reports, change risk action log, change requests. Project Management deliverables also include process-related actions delivered by the project manager but owned by other functional areas, he is accountable for these deliverables Monitor and control functions are not specific to any stage in the project lifecycle. Rather, they are ongoing activities to be delivered by the project manager throughout the life of the project. Such as Touch Point Calls, SteerCo meetings, Financial Updates Meetings. Oversee and coordinate project development assigned to external vendors Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams that include data engineers, analysts, business leaders, and external vendors. Ensure effective communication among all team members and stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and alignment. Manage team performance and resolve any project-related conflicts or issues that may arise. Track project progress, ensure adherence to schedules, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Manage project risks and proactively address potential issues before they impact timelines or deliverables. Ensure quality control and that projects meet technical requirements and industry standards. Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable project plans. Prepare and present project reports, performance metrics, and other relevant data to senior leadership. Facilitate decision-making by providing key insights and recommendations based on data analysis and project outcomes. Budget and Resource Management Oversee the project budget and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and addressing any resource gaps or needs. Process Improvement & Best Practices Continuously assess and improve project management methodologies, tools, and processes. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus. 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on data analytics or related fields. Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence tools, and data management systems Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within scope. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and engage with senior leadership. Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Oracle Cloud.
