We are seeking a Team Lead that will be a key player in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations to achieve operational objectives. The Team Lead will help coach, lead, and inspire the team to meet goals and uphold our brand mission, vision, values and pillars of Cannabis NB. Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales and operational goals Lead, motivate, coach and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service Drive a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results Ensure adherence to loss prevention policies to support achieving store shrink goals Report, document, investigate and address near misses, customer injuries or workplace accidents in a timely manner Ensure compliance with corporate policies and provincial or federal laws Ensure in‑store responsibility processes and practices are adhered to, and evaluated to ensure effectiveness Conduct quarterly and new hire performance reviews #J-18808-Ljbffr
