Our client is hiring a Business Development Manager based in Edmonton, Alberta. This is a high-impact opportunity with a well-established industrial services organization supporting major operations across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, Power, Cement, Pulp & Paper, and other heavy industrial sectors throughout Western Canada. We are looking to connect with strong industrial sales and business development professionals who understand complex plant environments and know how to build trusted relationships with plant leadership, maintenance teams, EPCs, engineering groups, and procurement stakeholders. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and securing new business opportunities across Western Canada. Key responsibilities Developing and executing territory growth strategies Identifying and winning new industrial accounts Expanding wallet share within existing clients Leading commercial activity from early discovery through award Supporting proposal development, pricing strategy, and negotiations Building long-term strategic relationships across heavy industrial markets Participating in site visits, walkdowns, shutdown planning, and customer meetings Ideal candidate background Industrial contracting Industrial shutdowns/turnarounds Heavy industrial equipment or technical sales What we are looking for 5–10+ years of industrial business development or technical sales experience Strong network across Western Canadian industrial markets Experience working with industrial plants, refineries, mills, mines, or large operating facilities Strong commercial acumen and proposal development experience Ability to manage a large geographic territory independently Executive presence with strong relationship-building and communication skills Location: Edmonton, Alberta Travel: Approx. 60% across Western Canada Position Type: Full-Time This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building business, being in front of customers, and playing a strategic role in large industrial pursuits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
