The opportunity The Solution Architect is responsible for the design, development and maintenance, of applications that provide services and solutions to business partners. This role will translate functional requirements into technical solution design and architecture for these applications. This role is also responsible for providing guidance for technical decisions being made within software development initiatives.Who you'll work with You’ll work closely with the Solution Engineering and Private Investment Technology teams, partnering with engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions. needComputer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent education and experience8 to 12+ years of progressive software development experience designing and developing enterprise software applications2 to 4+ years of experience providing technical leadership, solution design, or architecture guidance to development teamsStrong full‑stack development experience across front‑end, back‑end, APIs, data, and integration layersHands‑on experience with Python, Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, Java, or other modern object‑oriented or scripting languagesExperience with modern web application frameworks and service‑oriented application designStrong practical experience in software analysis, design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production supportAbility to across competing objectives, timelines, and stakeholder needsWhat we’re offering Pay‑for‑performance with base salary and annual incentive based on individual and enterprise performance. The Base Salary range for this level is as follows: $105,000 - $155,000.
