We are looking for an Administrative Executive who plays a key role in keeping our association running smoothly, managing membership, facilities, office administration and secretarial support. Attend to member inquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare membership reports and support engagement initiatives. Facilities Management Oversee the smooth operations, maintenance, and security of SADeaf’s premises. Coordinate facility bookings, events, and meetings. Manage vendors for repairs, cleaning, and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace safety and health requirements. Manage facility budgets and the assets registry. Administrative Support Handle correspondence, reports, filing, and documentation. Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and training programs. Procurement of office supplies. To succeed in this role, you should: At least 2 years of experience in administrative work, preferably with membership or facilities management Strong organisational, communication skills and ability to work independently Resourceful, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Preferably with experience in working with digital tools, including Google Workspace and Salesforce Experience working with the social service sector is an advantage Have a Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in any field Proficiency in Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) is an advantage - all staff are given training and are required to complete SgSL Level 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
