How you’ll make an impact Lead day‑to‑day administration of customer contracts with accuracy and timeliness Manage contract activities from proposal through execution, claims, close‑out, and warranty phases Develop and execute claim strategies, including notices, amendments, and change orders Define and implement subcontract flow‑down requirements in collaboration with Legal and Supply Chain Support Project Managers with contractual analysis and preparation of change orders Monitor contractual changes and deviations to protect and enforce contractual rights Coordinate with Legal on major claims and recommend solutions to complex contractual issues Prepare contract deliverable matrices and present key contractual content during project kick‑offs Your background Bachelor’s degree required; a legal background or Juris Doctor (JD) is considered an asset Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management within EPC or comparable industrial projects Proven success in change order and claims management Fluency in French and English , with strong negotiation skills in both languages Strong commercial acumen and communication skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and perform under pressure More about us Comprehensive group insurance (medical, dental, life, and disability) and access to telemedicine services Pension plan with attractive employer contributions 24/7 employee and family assistance program #J-18808-Ljbffr
