We are recruiting for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead and guide sales for these two strong brands. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead business development and sales efforts for both Harris-Stolper and DFMZ Group, driving expansion and advancement within these dynamic organizations. This leader will guide a team, aligning sales activities with the companies' ambitious growth targets. This position is perfect for a business development and relationship-focused leader, experienced in both strategy and execution, capable of driving market adaptation and pioneering initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Ownership & Execution Develop and own the unified commercial strategy for Harris-Stolper and DFMZ, building a segmented 5-year growth plan with clear expansion priorities in the US and South/Central America. Establish a data-driven sales operating rhythm using advanced CRM/analytics tools to strengthen pipeline health, improve forecast accuracy, and maximise ROI. Lead pursuit and closure of major OEM, dealer network, and Life Sciences opportunities, while driving innovative campaigns aligned with emerging industry trends. Hands‑On Technical & Operational Acumen Translate technical capabilities in custom manufacturing, enclosure design, and engineered solutions into compelling sales outcomes across all key sectors. Act as the voice of the customer, leading customer‑requirement reviews and turning insights into actionable design, product, and operational improvements. Modernise the commercial toolset (CRM, CPQ, BI) and ensure integrated marketing efforts directly fuel the sales pipeline. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team through structured coaching, clear accountability, and continuous skill development. Build a positive, inclusive, customer‑centric culture while proactively managing performance and recruiting top commercial talent. Ensure alignment and effective resource sharing between Harris‑Stolper and DFMZ, strengthening collaboration and overall commercial impact. Ideal Candidate Profile More than 10 years of progressive sales leadership, including 5+ years leading sales in custom manufacturing, capital equipment, or engineered‑solutions environments. Proven track record of inspiring and developing high-performing sales teams; able to think strategically at a high level while executing detailed, measurable plans. Demonstrated success driving growth in OEM/Industrial markets and in highly regulated sectors such as Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals. Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building, with strong solution‑selling capability and an ability to understand complex customer needs.
