Overview Senior Recruitment Partner at Altis | HR & Workforce Strategy | Vendor & Project Management | SAFe Scrum Master Toronto, ON (Downtown) | $24-26/hour | 1-Year Contract, possibility for extension About the Role We are seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support a busy Construction Management team in Downtown Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate and construction project administration while supporting a variety of initiatives. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day project administration, managing documentation, and assisting with budgets, contracts, and project tracking. Responsibilities Review and process project documents, including permits, compliance packages, insurance certificates, and close-out materials. Maintain organized project files and trackers for budgets, contracts, invoices, and change orders. Assist with financial tracking, including budget entries and invoice processing in internal systems. Coordinate project communication between contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Support project close-out activities, including gathering as-built drawings, occupancy permits, and reports. Provide administrative support for meetings, presentations, and RFP/RFQ submissions. Qualifications Post-secondary education in Construction, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or administrative project coordination (internships and co-ops welcome). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); knowledge of project or construction software is an asset.
