After‑Sales Engineer (Cloud Native / Overseas) About the Role We are seeking 2–3 After‑Sales Engineers to join our overseas team. You will provide technical guidance, support, and solutions for enterprise cloud‑native and container platform projects, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction across Malaysia and the region. Key Responsibilities Deliver on‑site guidance, training, and technical support for cloud platform solutions. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and prepare proposals, bids, and implementation plans. Maintain strong client relationships, resolve issues, and uncover new business opportunities. Collect and analyze customer needs to inform product and R&D improvements. Participate in marketing activities, technical exchanges, and partner cooperation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT hardware/software, cloud computing, or enterprise solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Team‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Willing to travel (primarily Kuala Lumpur; future trips to Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines). Familiarity with IT procurement processes is an advantage. Additional Information Base: Home‑based (contract via third‑party company). Reporting line: Domestic After‑Sales Lead.
