Job Description The successful candidate will manage the product development process using an agile framework. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, they will identify user needs and ensure the product meets customer expectations. The candidate should enjoy problem solving and be proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions. Responsibilities Ownership of 3rd party applications. Define requirements and write user stories. Support the business by prioritizing product backlog. Ensure the applications serve their intended purpose and deliver value to the business. Ensure the applications meet the standards deemed acceptable by all stakeholders, customers, and partners. Ensure appropriate security controls are in place to help mitigate and manage risks. Understand the scalability of each application and provide recommendations. Perform product demos. Understand application components and the underlying infrastructure to mitigate integration concerns. Keep track of dependencies and avoid single points of failure. Support Product Owner responsibilities and initiatives. Qualifications Magento/Adobe Commerce certification or other large platform experience and/or certification would be given preference. Proven experience in digital product delivery using agile methodology. Experience working directly with web development teams and strong familiarity with web/eCommerce technology. Exceptional organization and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate status and problems to team members and non‑technical managers effectively. Ability to shift between changing priorities, effectively balancing autonomy and collaboration. Creative, highly organized, and self‑motivated person. College degree or equivalent experience required. PMP/PSPO/CSPO certification would be considered an asset.
