The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic Human Resources Partner to join our team as a trusted advisor and key connector between our communities and corporate HR. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert for site leadership and staff providing hands‑on support, practical guidance, and strategic insight across all HR programs. Success in this position means more than delivering HR services—it’s about building strong relationships, influencing positive workplace culture, and aligning site‑level needs with broader organizational goals. What You’ll Do Partner closely with your Regional HR Manager to build trusted, impactful relationships with leadership teams. Play a key role in guiding leaders through complex employee matters, including investigations, performance management, and labour relations. Use workforce metrics to support decision making processes on site. Coach and empower leaders across core HR areas: engagement, recognition, performance, workforce planning. Act as a trusted advisor and educator, building leadership capability at every level. Be the first point of contact for employees supporting questions on benefits, payroll, and collective agreements. Work with HR systems like Workday and UKG to drive efficiency and maintain data integrity. Support with recruiting site leadership positions. Be on site regularly at the assigned sites. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role. Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or Labour Relations. Experience in healthcare or continuing care (an asset). Proven ability to support multiple sites or locations. Strong knowledge of labour relations, collective agreements, and employment legislation. Experience coaching leaders and delivering training. A Clear Vulnerable Sector Check. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly between sites.
