Title: Oracle Expense Lead The Work As an Oracle Expense Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Expense solutions as part of broader Oracle ERP transformations. You will play a key role in ensuring compliant, user‑friendly, and scalable expense processes aligned to client policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle Expenses Cloud, from requirements through design, build, testing, and deployment Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Expense configurations, including policies, controls, and approvals Advise clients on expense best practices, compliance, and process optimization Configure expense policies, mileage, per diem, corporate card integrations, and approval workflows Partner closely with Procure‑to‑Pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Travel teams to ensure seamless integration Support conferences, workshops, and design sessions with client stakeholders Lead and mentor functional team members; support offshore/onshore delivery models Participate in data conversion, testing (SIT/UAT), and post‑go‑live support activities Contribute to solution governance, risk management, and issue resolution Here’s What You Need Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with strong hands‑on delivery of Oracle Expenses Cloud Strong hands‑on experience delivering Oracle Expenses Cloud as part of Oracle ERP implementations Solid understanding of Expense policy design, compliance controls, and audit requirements Experience integrating Oracle Expenses with AP, GL, P2P, and Corporate Cards Ability to lead client discussions and influence solutions at both functional and leadership levels Experience working on large‑scale Oracle Cloud implementations Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions and third‑party card providers Exposure to shared services or global expense rollouts Oracle Cloud certifications (Oracle AI Studio, ERP, Financials, or Expenses) Prior experience in consulting or client‑facing delivery roles Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
