Position Overview You will serve as a Senior Business System Analyst within the Personal & Commercial Core Technology group, leading technology solutions for the Mortgage Origination space. What will you do? Collaborate with business partners and product owners to understand high‑level requirements and capture business needs. Participate in design reviews and walk‑throughs. Lead sessions to obtain key inputs from SMEs, architects, and technology leads. Conduct detailed business process analysis and develop comprehensive process flow diagrams, user stories, functional specifications, and use cases to facilitate system design and development. Translate business needs into technical requirements for the ADLC model and structure documentation to support AI tools. Identify opportunities to streamline ADLC processes and enhance documentation standards. Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage and track project requirements, tasks, and documentation. Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions. Participate in daily stand‑up meetings. What do you need to succeed? Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior BSA. Proven Senior BA/BSA experience with medium to larger Agile projects integrated with downstream and upstream applications and processes. Technical writing skills/experience. Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Previous experience with API specifications. Experience with UML and flow diagrams. Experience with data mapping. Proficiency with tools such as Postman/Swagger, Jira, Confluence, Mural, and Figma. Strong problem‑solving skills. Experience working in an Agile software development environment. Curiosity and a desire to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to Have Prior programming and development background. Financial industry experience. What’s in it for you?
