Opportunity The Branch Manager is responsible for balancing front‑line client service needs across all lines of business inside the branch, focusing on customer service efficiency, profitability, employee satisfaction, and ensuring the branch operates in a professional and efficient manner. Primary Responsibilities • Daily interaction with clients and employees, quoting, and processing new insurance policies. • Identification of client needs and education on additional insurance products. • Encouragement and sale of value‑added products. • Promotion of a superior company image through superior client‑relations skills. Qualifications Level 3 Insurance License required or willingness to obtain. Superior skills in sales management, leadership, employee engagement, with a demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth and facilitating change. Strong organization and time‑management skills with a demonstrated attention to detail. Previous experience managing across organizational boundaries required. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple, competing projects that are time‑sensitive. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills with Broker Management Software Systems; experience with EPIC preferred. Job Type Full‑time, permanent – based in the Saskatoon branch locations.
