This role sits at the intersection of product, client‑facing delivery, and systems integration.You will help complex and evolving client environments clarify business needs, influence planning and roadmaps, and work closely with UX and engineering to deliver robust, production‑ready features and integration capabilities.You will be the primary OceanMD product leader for program‑related workstreams, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to plan, test, launch, and stabilise features and integrations that meet clinical, operational, and data‑governance needs.This is a new, full‑time, hybrid role in Toronto requiring work in the office 2‑3 days per week. You will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. You will collaborate with Engineering to design solution options and drive stakeholder understanding and buy‑in. You will manage project plans, risks, issues, and escalations, providing clear, transparent status reports to internal and client audiences. You will maintain delivery momentum across multiple workstreams while ensuring visibility and accountability across stakeholders.Drive delivery and execution.You will drive prioritisation, release scope, sequencing, and implementation plans in collaboration with engineering, UX, and leadership. You will produce and manage multi‑team delivery plans, coordinating dependencies, timelines, and decisions across internal teams and external stakeholders, while balancing client needs, regulatory requirements, technical constraints, and product strategy.Collaborate and coordinate.You will work closely with engineering to validate technical assumptions and integration designs, ensuring user‑facing features, data flows, API contracts, error handling, and monitoring are production‑ready. You will coordinate testing and release‑readiness activities, including integration testing, UAT, data‑submission readiness, and dependency management with provincial systems, while maintaining discipline around quality, readiness, and post‑launch performance.Nurture stakeholder relationships.You will participate in workshops, design sessions, and alignment meetings with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You will build trusted relationships with provincial partners, acting as a key product lead for integration initiatives and communicating technical constraints, risks and trade‑offs to support informed decision‑making.Champion continuous improvement.You will work closely with Education, Training, and Support teams to ensure successful adoption, including documentation, and operational handover. You will advocate for product improvements informed by partner feedback, testing outcomes, and operational insights, ensuring the product evolves in line with real‑world use.What you bringThe direct experience.You have extensive experience in technical product and program management, and delivery roles involving software integrations. You have successfully led cross‑functional initiatives that required both product thinking and disciplined delivery execution. Experience in digital health, healthcare interoperability, eReferral workflows, provider/service directories, and provincial health systems is a strong asset. Familiarity with HL7 FHIR and SMART on FHIR or similar standards is a strong advantage. You are also experienced in supporting UAT, coordinating roll‑outs, and driving operational readiness and change management ideally within public‑sector or healthcare environments.The technical fluency.You are comfortable operating in technical integration environments and can confidently engage in discussions involving APIs, system architectures, data flows, authentication/authorization (SSO, OAuth), and integration patterns. You have experience eliciting and documenting both business and technical requirements in ambiguous and evolving environments, bringing structure and clarity where it is needed most.The delivery and stakeholder leadership.You are experienced in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives, including senior client contacts and public‑sector or enterprise stakeholders. You build trust, navigate competing priorities, and maintain alignment while driving work forward. You can identify red flags early, interpret stakeholder dynamics, and make informed decisions about when to elevate and how to handle. You can influence without authority, drive alignment across competing stakeholders, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and execution. You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the confidence to present to highly visible internal and external stakeholders.Compensation The salary range for this position is $110k–$135k. The salary will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the needs of the organization.
