Overview A Lead in Accenture’s SAP practice focused on SAP S/4 implementation for Production Planning and Quality Management. The role involves designing, building, and supporting the global SAP S/4 template while guiding clients to optimize material acquisition and process efficiency. Responsibilities Participate in the detailed design and build of SAP S/4 implementation, ensuring efficient acquisition of materials, supplies, and services. Demonstrate PP, Capacity Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Long Term Planning, Demand Management, Capacity Requirements Planning, Materials Requirements Planning, and QM capabilities to solve client business problems. Help set short‑term strategy and define near‑term goals. Work with senior leadership at the client and Accenture, negotiating and communicating persuasively on key issues. Use judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments. Lead large teams/projects, coaching and mentoring to foster professional growth and improve team performance. Encourage continuous learning and promote a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline. At least 7 years of experience delivering SAP projects including full‑life‑cycle implementations (local and global). Minimum 7 years of experience with PP, Capacity Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Long Term Planning, Demand Management, Capacity Requirements Planning, Materials Requirements Planning, and QM. Minimum 5 years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on large SAP transformational projects with on‑ and off‑shore resources. Deep understanding of SAP standards and best practices; comfortable working with functional SAP experts and business teams. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and guiding team members to achieve project goals. Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately. Strong communication skills at all levels with internal and external parties. Must hold Canadian Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. English required for this position. Bonus Skills Knowledge of SAP fit‑to‑standard processes and ability to explain benefits to clients. Experience with IM, EWM (extended warehouse management), simulation sales and operations planning, and data migration into SAP S/4.
