Stafingo is hiring: Senior IT Project Manager – EHR Integration (Confidential Public Sector Search)Location:5 days onsite (Ontario, Canada, as per Hiring Manager discretion)Contract:1 year (with option to extend up to an additional 252 days)Start Date:April 1, 2026Pay Range:$85.00 T4 – $105.00 per hourStafingo is supporting a confidential public sector search for up to 2 Senior IT Project Managersto lead multi-year initiatives in modernizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and enabling integration across clinical healthcare sites.Role Overview The Senior IT Project Manager will lead clinical site integrations onto the EHR system, managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, change management expertise, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead EHR integration projects across clinical healthcare sites, managing risks, issues, and service change requestsEnsure onboarding meets business requirements on time, scope, and budgetEngage with clinical sites and stakeholders, managing expectationsGather and document project requirements; maintain detailed project schedulesProactively identify risks, conflicts, and issues; recommend mitigation strategiesCoordinate with internal teams, including Identity & Access Management, Service Desk, ONE Access Gateway, and product teamsFacilitate end-user training and develop supporting documentationOversee go-live readiness, troubleshooting, and 72-hour post-go-live supportMaintain project documentation, reporting, and dashboards within MS TeamsMust-Have Qualifications7–10 years’ experience managing electronic health-related projects, ideally clinical software deploymentsDeep understanding of clinical workflows and associated business processesStrong project management skills, including risk, scope, and quality managementExcellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagementTime management with the ability to prioritize multiple projectsStrong collaboration and conflict resolution skillsDesired Skills / AssetsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience with MS Project, MS Teams, or similar PM toolsUndergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fieldKnowledge of Ontario’s healthcare information systems, labs, and clinical workflowsHealth sector change management, business process integration, and quality improvement experienceExperience navigating politically sensitive and multi-organizational environmentsUnderstanding of privacy legislation (HPPA, FIPPA, PHIPA)Deadline:Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026 @ 12:00 PMInterested?
