Sales Team Lead – FIFA Vancouver Activation Territory: Vancouver Downtown Campaign Dates: June 1st – July 19th, 2026 Pay Rate: $30/hour Contract Overview: This is a contract-based event activation leadership role requiring flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling. Total Contract Duration: 24 working days Average Shift Length: 4.5 hours per day Total Estimated Hours: 108 hours across the contract - Plus extra hours for set up Position Summary The Sales Team Lead will oversee and support a team of Sales Ambassadors during a high-profile FIFA Vancouver activation campaign. This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring exceptional consumer experiences, supporting daily activation execution, and acting as the key point of contact between the field team and management. The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, and confident leader with experience in sales, brand activations, promotions, or event marketing. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Support Lead, motivate, and support Sales Ambassadors during daily activations Foster a positive, high-energy, and professional team environment Assist with onboarding, coaching, and ongoing performance support Sales & Performance Management Help drive engagement and sales performance targets across the activation Monitor team productivity and consumer interactions throughout shifts Provide real-time feedback and support to maximize results Activation Execution Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of activation elements Ensure all brand standards, operational procedures, and consumer experiences are executed consistently Troubleshoot issues in the field and communicate updates to management as needed Consumer Engagement Lead by example through confident face-to-face interaction with adult consumers in high-traffic environments Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge Reporting & Communication Complete daily reporting and recap requirements accurately and on time Maintain clear communication with management, retail partners, and event staff throughout the campaign Additional Requirements Previous experience in team leadership, sales, brand ambassador, promotional, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Comfortable engaging with consumers in public settings and fast-paced environments Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Must be 21 years of age or older About the Role This position is ideal for someone who thrives in live-event environments, enjoys motivating teams, and is passionate about delivering memorable consumer experiences while driving strong campaign performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
