We are seeking a District Sales Manager with a strong mechanical foundation to lead and expand our presence across the Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie corridor. In this role, you aren't just a salesperson; you are a technical consultant. If you have the "mechanical IQ" to walk into a complex industrial site and identify how to optimize a drive system or conveyor assembly, we want to hear from you. The Role & Impact Technical Consultation: Use your mechanical aptitude to provide solutions that improve customer operations. You will be the go-to expert for solving complex mechanical challenges. Regional Leadership: Take full ownership of the Western Ontario territory, proving our brand's value every day to business partners and end-users. Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain deep-rooted trust at both the industrial distributor and user levels. Strategic Growth: Achieve realistic budget results through strong negotiation and the use of industry-leading sales tools. Qualifications The Technical Foundation: A higher level of education in Mechanical Engineering , Business, or a related technical field. Industry Credibility: 3+ years of related experience in industrial sales or motion control. Mechanical Aptitude: You must be comfortable discussing technical specifications, tolerances, and mechanical applications with plant managers and engineers. Territory Mobility: Ability to travel and be a consistent presence across the Northern/Western Ontario region.
