Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and influence the technical roadmap. Design and build the next generation of Cellbie products. Ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible. Champion operational excellence through robust monitoring and continuous improvement. Use AI as a force multiplier (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot). Your Qualifications and Superpowers As the ideal candidate, you: display excellent software engineering fundamentals, including an understanding of algorithms and data structures; are ready to tackle infrastructure challenges when needed; know modern web client development techniques and tools; have experience building, automating, deploying, and debugging production systems; have shown the ability to lead or take ownership of code; demonstrate perseverance when challenged with tough technical issues; recognize the importance of the end-user experience (UX) and strive to ensure high quality; have a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently; communicate effectively with small cross-functional teams; thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments and have an interest in acquiring domain knowledge in the mobile circular economy The Perks We believe in rewarding excellence.
